Short answer? I am an artist.
I have a BFA from the University of Toronto and a diploma from Sheridan College. I have been drawing political cartoons for almost 10 years (found here). I have won or shared in numerous Canadian Community Newspaper Awards, and won Best Idea at the CCNAs for my “Where’s Elmer” advertising feature. My first published comic book (for Hypersmash studios) was printed last year (found here), and I am now doing backups in an ongoing Image Comics series (found here).
Currently, my day job involves leading a team of Visual Designers in UI creation at one of those big tech companies (details here).
So, yeah, an artist.
